    I was using airtel connection and after repeated complain about the issue In had called up the executive to deactivate my connected but they continued to charge me the amount on the monthly rent and charges. Now had connected my connection and calling me to pay the outstanding amount. This is a big concern how to get a resolvion for the issue.

    I took new prepaid airtel sim from vashi sector 17 in airtel store, on 23rd march 2017 and what they told me is within 24 hrs it will be activated. but it was not activated till 28 march. everyday i went there they will say its in process.. but the process never ends.. i think the company is playing games with the customer, they thought we cannot do anything hmm,, i return back my sim to the outlet and i dont take the money too.. let them have tea and snacks together with that money. business minded people.. inhuman act.. funny airtel group.. money minded company

    I’d asked for portability of my mobile number from hyderabad to mumbai. But instead my mobile number 9866986226 has been permanently deactivated without my permission. The call to 121 is not taken and nor r the numbers 12144, 137 answered.Why should i stay with airtel any more? the worst service I’ve faced uptil now.
