    Credit card payment amount Rs 98000 paid through SBI Net banking on 01.05.2018 17:41:31. Transaction Ref number NSBI6267234692. Status is successful. But till time not received in my credit card account. Please verify

    Adding to what i have said I did receive an confirmation message from axis bank that a sum of 2500 Rupees has been debited. I have also verified it with a near by Axis bank branch.
    But the petrol bunk owner still says that he will be able to give us back the cash only after the account audits are over.

      You may file an FIR and the Police may be able to trace the fraudster and recover the loss. But it is time consuming and the expense may exceed the loss you are trying to recover. You may fail to recover the money, which is also a probability.
      Govt need to make a law to protect people from such fraudsters by making the Bank responsible in such cases of loss to innocent people.

    Hi All,

    I have a problem to be dealt with.
    I filled petrol for my two wheeler at a petrol bunk today at Hosur -The name of the petrol bunk is Hosur Fuels. I paid my bill of 250 Rupees with my master card. But the problem is the operator at that bunk made two swipes on the device as on the first swipe he made a mistake by typing an extra zero [2500 instead of 250 Rupees]. But he says that he has cancelled the first swipe before making the second swipe. We also took an audit report from the swipe device and it has no entries of our card with Rupees 2500 and had only the entry of 250 Rupees for our card number[the last four digits of our card].

    Please help us get back our cash.
