    i was cancelled my IRCTC ticket on 20/04/2017 and it was refunded by irctc on 22/04/2017 but still now the amount not deposite in my account. do needfull for the issue.

    I am trying your phone 28349300/9338 since ten days. The phones keep ringing but no one answers. If the phone number is changed, it is your duty to inform customers. Although I am a priority customer, I do not have a Relationship Manager for quite sometime.

    Hello there

    A letter regarding the locker had come from Axis by a normal post. The deadline given for my response was 30 days but the letter reached me after 2 months. The mails sent to one Ms.Santhi or Ms.Swagata yet to receive any response. I am curious whether the locker is still intact or taken over by Axis. I am also wondering whether I should go for the Ombudsman to have a look in to this nil response from a so called responsible bank like Axis.

    Very poor response………. Axis bank management has to take strict actions on this. Rather, Axis bank would loss the current / future customers.
