    I must say that your delivery standards are dropping down day by day. Your delivery boy Shiva- 9711468044 was supposed to deliver my order today between 8-11 pm. But he chose the delivery time as per his convenience and started calling me from 1925. I told him that i am on my way home and will take some time due to traffic congestion. But he kept calling and asking for my location. And finally when i reached at 0810 pm he started arguing and threaten me to bear the consequence in my next order. I have taken this as a serious safety threat and will be lodging a complaint with the local police. I will also make sure to spread the word around on social media so that others can beware before placing orders with Grofers. You may check the last chat history where in the same delivery boy left my order at the security gate without any intimation and later upon checking i get delivered status on message. Why do you give an option to choose the delivery slot when your delivery team is running the entire show as per their will.

    Grofers team’s doesn’t have any responsibilities in Thier job… Several times I don’t get my orders on time and ofcourse late delivery. Today my time slot was 6am to 9am.. till the time I didn’t get my order and instead they rescheduled my orders to tomorrow morning . And definitely I must not be the only customer who has face this kind of harassments.This is ridiculous.

    I placed a order vide ID no. ORD009906783 on 30/10/2018 with the delivery date 01/11/2018 between time slot 8:00 PM to 11:00, At 09:00 PM I have received a SMS in which written “we have received a request to reschedule your grofers order ORD009906783.” Even i have not requested for reschedule. Further i have contacted delivery boy Mr. Swapen Halder on mob. no. 7699571734 and asked him to deliver the materials today up to 11:00 PM. But he has not consider my request and i have not received the materials. This comes under the lack of service and chitting with the customer because i was already paid full amount of materials. Once again you are requested kindly delivery the materials as per stipulated time.

    This is not way of doing business. I have put order on 4 days ago also they are mention that your order will received within 2 days but still I don’t have recieved my order and when am trying to contacting with a no. When they are giving me while placing order. That person or retailer said me that I can’t do anything I am on strike … I can’t understood what the hell is doing. Then m contacting with costumer care they are also not available. So still my order is pending at there side and also cancel option is not working…..so inshort saying this is bullshit service which is your giving to customers…so guys don’t buy groceries from grofers….

    if not respond i will go to file a complient.i want my complete grociers which i already paid will have to deliver today only.will anybody take action or not? and my order id is ordo19407534

    Hi ,i had place order on 7th September2018 and was expected delivery was on 11-09-18..i had paid full moneythinkin all will be smooth… suddenly late evening i am getting message tht order has been rescheduled to 13th from 8pm.to 11 pm….their Bombay call centres never picked up calls and then on 13th i get messge call delivery boy wen i call him i get weird answer and then i get mail tht delivery boy came but no one was at home Inspite if me being at home with ill health…all lies and gimmick and mu money gone….i am filing a police matter with grofers for cheating…. pls donnot buy from grofers

    No vendor in Grofer accept POS machine even if you select option.
    We are using sodexo card but Grofer does not support Sodexo card then why it is mentioned in you site while placing order.

      Grofer SERVICE is very bad my order id ORD056997067. humara order dilevry date 26 .10.18.tha aur aap ka dilevry boy sunil jadhav hamein phone kiya ki abhi aata hoon 15min. Mein par woh 40 minutes tak nahin aaya phir humne aapke bande ko call kiya usne phirse kaha 30 minutes mein aata hoon phir humne 45 minutes ke baad call kiya phir usne kaha ki 15 minutes mein aata hoon phir humne unhein phone kiya to phone nahin ricev kar rahe they humne unhein 8 se 10 call kiya par aap ka banda phon nahin leraha tha phir hamara 3 hours vest hogaya Yeh aapki kaisi service hai. .uske baad hamein sms aya ki aap delivery boy se contact kare humne unhein 10 phone kiya par par unhone call atend nahin kiya. .very very. ..very. . bad service …..my contact no 9820168890

    I placed my order no ORD025514633 on Sunday. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday(23/5/18) between 8pm to 11 pm but if was not. I was promised by the delivery boy Sonu that it will be delivered today (24/5/18).And now I see on the app that it has been rescheduled for 25th may 2018. If is not acceptable. I needed the items that I ordered max by today. And now it is of least use to me. I don’t trust grofers that even if I cancel the order I will get my refund back. So now I am in a trap.

    Just how unprofessional can you be. If you are unable to make timely delivery you shouldn’t take orders.
    Either make the delivery today or cancel the order and refund the proceeds to my bank account.

    I already got the stuff I ordered from a superstore. I tried to cancel the order but Grofers is very clever as there’s no place I can cancel the order.

    Do you think somebody will wait for a week for getting basic grocery like atta, spices, etc.

    Grofers has the worst delivery system . I was promised delivery on 4th October at 9 PM and still haven’t received my order
    Upon calling the customer care numbers which I got through after many many many attempts finally I was told it will reach me tomorrow after 9pm .
    This is cheating the customer .
    I had plans to cook using the unsalted butter and had to go and buy butter at a much higher price. Now the customer care is apparently closed .
    A very bad experience and I will never order with grofers again ..
    Compete cheating and not delivering as promised

Actually total amount for the items purchased comes to Rs. 983 and it was shown properly in my cart but when I proceeded with payment, the amount charged to me was Rs.1004. Thus I have been charged in excess by Rs. 21. Kindly verify and refund the excess claimed.
