    Taken policy from the above branch in the month of January 2018, amount has also been debited from my account but till date i have not received the policy…i am regularly following up with the persons there…they said year end closing going on now they say that some renovation is going on in the office…I don’t know what to do…

    I got a communication from LIC for submitting the NEFT form along with copies of cancelled cheque, Aadhaar, PAN card etc. where should I submit these documents. Can i submit it through email. If yes, please provide the email ID.

    This regarding policy nos.110741612 (Jeevan Balya Plan # 101) issued at branch 12C, where insured is my son who was 2 yrs old when the policy was taken and is now an adult. Also NO POLICY BOND WAS ISSUED as there was no stationery available at that time. The then Branch Manager has issued a letter to this effect. The policy will mature on 19-6-2018.The current status of this policy is REDUCED PAID UP.
    As I have been advised that I should submit maturity claim form with an affadavit instead of first applying for a duplicate policy, reviving the policy and then surrendering it on maturity.
    Request you to advise me what should I do so that there is no holdup at the time of maturity

    I sent my original policy bond through speed post. Maturity date is in April. The speed post letter was received by your office on 11-01-18. But till now I did not get any confirmation SMS through your side. Kindly inquire and reply on my registered mobile number.

    Dear Sir,

    My policy number is 565511553.

    Ur contact person Pooja Yadav told me policy about 24000 per year with some extra benefits. I gave a cheque of amount 12000 for half yearly mode. But she provide me 12000 per year policy.

    I told her about that and she reply to me that she replace this police to 24000 per year mode and provide me all benefits.

    But after a long time I don’t get any policy and other benefits.

    Below is the benefits she told me with this policy.
    1. Extra policy of Life insurance 20,00,000 with this.
    2. 10% rebate with every premium.
    3. LIC credit Card.
    4. 15% of every premium if I refer someone and he take policy.

    I also talked with Priya mam about this but no response from the other side.

    I call both of them lots of time but they ignore my call all the time. Now what I can do.

    Please do needfull ASAP.

    I surrendered my policy (122184018, 124042292,124657762) on 24-may-2017..I didn’t get any money in my bank account .when I will get?
    Because at the same time.. I surrendered my wife policy and she got her money.

    I had given cheque of amount 2053 in the month of january which was already cleared from my SB A/C on 27january2017 . But policy number not issue behalf of that cheque till date,i am still waitting for that,it was corporation bank’s janakpuri branch cheque .

        Hi Tarun,

        Why are you making fool of customer by saying “call me”. However from last 1 month I made arround 100 calls to your no but you haven’t responded not even once. Every time either you disconnected my call or not not picked. I paid 54000 rs for my policy but not received my policy bond. You and your team (nisha, Gurbani) are just making fool of customer.
        So, all my friends I request you all not to take policy from LIC of india, mori gate branch.

    Dear Sir,

    I have deposited my original LIC copy of maney back policy with a request to send me the cheque of Rs 25000/- that is refunded after every four years.

    The receipt of the above documents is on dated 14-01-2012.

    I was assured that the original LIC as well as the cheque shall reach to my address within 10 days whereas now 15 days past and I didnot receive any response from LIC branch no 12 C.

    Kindly help me for the status.
