    Axis Bank is a customer friendly bank as per majority of the customers. But I had to complain to the Head Office, contacted MD , CEO etc for getting my complain attended. Please sharpen your tricks of the trade and the world can not belittle you. But Axis Bank is a good bank. Contact the Lady MD over internet.

    I am surprised at the comment. I been a customer since two years. and can say it is one of the best branch i have had experience with. ( I do have experience with many both nationalised and foreign during my 40 plus years of banking – i am 63 now – retired banker and a CFO ). they are always polite well informed and sincere and hard working. Their growth during the last two years speaks for this.

    Worst service by axis bank at indira nagar, chennai branch. Even They didn’t tell MICR code for that branch. They said “don’t Know”. how it possible to tell to customer like this.

    Bad Experience from Axis Bank. I can’t Expect.
